Support Our Mission
Every dollar you donate to EmpowerMat goes directly to empowering youth through martial arts across British Columbia and Alberta. EmpowerMat is a registered Canadian nonprofit (CRA #123456789RR0001). Tax receipts are issued for eligible donations in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines.
Where Your Donation Goes
- 50% — Youth Scholarships: Full tuition coverage for young martial artists ages 5–18 who demonstrate financial need.
- 30% — Equipment: Training gear and equipment for under-resourced gyms across BC and Alberta.
- 20% — Community Events: Free training sessions, workshops, and youth leadership programs.
100% of your donation goes directly to programs. EmpowerMat operating costs are covered through merchandise sales and sponsorships.
Donation Options
- $25 — Helps cover one month of training fees for a scholarship recipient
- $50 — Funds a set of training equipment for an under-resourced gym
- $100 — Sponsors one youth athlete for a full tournament season
- $250 — Provides a full annual scholarship for one youth martial artist
